  • What is the condition of the vintage glassware?

    All items are carefully inspected, some are new and some are minimally used. We select the very best that are in excellent condition. Any minor blemishes are either shown in pictures or mentioned in the description.

  • How can I verify the authenticity of the vintage pieces?

    We provide detailed descriptions including manufacturer, patterns, name, and year of manufacture. Back-stamped details are always highlighted in any picture description of the item. Not all vintage items have markings but our team does extensive research to confirm when these were made.

  • How are the vintage items packaged and shipped?

    All items are carefully packaged using high-quality materials to prevent damage during shipping. Each piece is wrapped in bubble wrap and secured in a sturdy box with cushioning materials. High-value or fragile items are shipped with adequate insurance coverage.

    We ship within two(2) business days after receiving the order.

  • What is your return policy for vintage and collectible items?

    We offer a 14-day return window for vintage and collectible items. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We will issue a full refund for any item that is significantly not as described. Please note that minor imperfections consistent with vintage items are to be expected. 

    Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

    Our pricing is based on several factors, including the item's age, rarity, condition, and market demand and price. We extensively research each piece and refer to pricing guides and auction records to ensure fair and competitive pricing for collectors and enthusiasts.
